What Grade Oil to Use in 1993 Chevy 1500 4×4 5.7L V8 Pickup truck Spring to fall Ontario Weather?

factory recomendation is always 5w30 if your engine has lots of miles wich i assume it does you can use either Valvoline High Mileage 10w40 and if it burns oil well go to 20w50. also i recomend you use either a Fram filter Bosch or for good performance the Mobil1 filter is expensive but is really good. but Fram filters are fine.
